Fermenting Basics
Learn all about fermenting & make some tangy treats this holiday season! Bonverts & chef/food educator Paula Thomas teamed up to create a unique workshop. Bonverts will supply vegetables & seasonings. Participants bring the following: a cutting board, knife, mixing bowl, and three 8oz mason jars to our Central Park North End offices.
What you'll make
Fermented veggies - Bonverts radishes & turnips (plus carrots)
Fermented hot sauce - with a variety of hot peppers
"Kraut-chi" - a sauerkraut / kimchi hybrid
